The executive lounge was like a poor airport lounge. Food was lacking I suppose. They even charge if you take any food or drink out of the lounge. Seems greedy to me.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel doormen treated us like vips. the room was clean and spacious (i liked the attention to detail). i requested a plate and knife for fruit, and they delivered it quickly.
the pool water wasn't entirely clean.

the hotel is located near the train station. terminal 21 asphere mall is also located between them. it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the bts/mrt station, it is a very convenient area with many eating places.

the staff are amazing (they really are). the hotel manager is very friendly and accommodating. i appreciate k. win, apple, and the team; their friendly and good service made for a great start to each day.
